Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was excellent, with lots to do nearby, but the rooms were a bit small and dark. The service was friendly and helpful, though some staff lacked local knowledge. The dining experience had its ups and downs, and the facilities were satisfactory.
I had a great time at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, but unfortunately, they were quite noisy. The staff was incredibly gracious and welcoming, surprising us with champagne and dessert which really set the tone for our stay.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location is superb, nestled between the intriguing Over the Rhine neighborhood and the serene Sawyer Pointe Park along the riverfront. The staff was friendly and very helpful, making my experience delightful. However, the dining options left something to be desired with subpar quality. Despite some shortcomings, I found the hotel to be a good choice for those wanting a central location with friendly service.
